Shipping Policy

Full policy

  1. Processing & dispatch
    Orders placed Mon–Sat are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (public holidays/Sundays excluded). Pre-order or back-order items will display extended timelines on the product page.

  2. Delivery timelines
    Indicative transit times from courier partners: Metros 3–5 business days; Non-metros 3–7 business days. Remote/ODA PIN codes, severe weather, festivals, or courier constraints may add time.

  3. Shipping fees & threshold
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight/PIN code. Free shipping on orders ≥ ₹499 (after discounts, before taxes/fees).

  4. Address changes & delivery attempts
    Request changes before dispatch by emailing wagglehomes@gmail.com. After dispatch, address updates are not guaranteed. Couriers typically attempt delivery 1–3 times; undelivered parcels may be returned to us.

  5. Non-delivery due to customer reasons
    If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone, or refusal, we can reship after receiving updated confirmation; re-shipping charges apply.

  6. Order tracking
    You’ll receive a tracking link on dispatch. If it doesn’t update for 48 hours, write to us with your Order ID + PIN code.

  7. Taxes & invoices
    Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as shown at checkout. GSTIN: NA (invoice will reflect current tax treatment). Request a tax invoice via email if needed.

  8. What to do on receiving the parcel
    Please record an unboxing video before opening. For any damage/shortage, email us within 48 hours with the video/photos and the outer shipping label visible.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery (sealed packs only).

  • Who ships back: Customer ships back to the address we provide after approval.

  • Opened edibles: Non-returnable for safety/hygiene.

  • Damage/shortage: Report within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos.

  • Wrong/defective item: We cover return shipping or offer a replacement/refund.

  • Customer-remorse returns: Return shipping at customer cost.

  • Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after QC.

Full policy

  1. Eligibility
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, and sealed products in original packaging with all tags, free gifts, and invoice. Edible products that are opened, used, or tampered are not eligible.

  2. How to raise a return
    Email wagglehomes@gmail.com with Order ID, reason, photos/video, and an image of the outer label. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address in Pune. Please ship using a trackable courier.

  3. Condition check (QC)
    On receiving your return, we complete QC within 48 hours. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable unless the item was wrong/defective.

  4. Exchanges
    Like-for-like exchanges depend on stock. For speed, we usually suggest returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

  5. Wrong, defective, or damaged in transit
    If we shipped the wrong item, or the item is defective/damaged on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video and photos. After verification, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, and we’ll bear the return pickup.

  6. Customer-remorse / size or variant change
    If the product is correct but you wish to return it, you may do so if unopened and within 7 days; you bear return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

  7. Non-returnable items
    Opened edibles, free gifts/samples, items purchased during Final Sale, and products damaged due to improper storage/handling after delivery.

  8. Cancellations
    You may request cancellation before dispatch. If the order has shipped, please follow the return process.
